Program Overview

Keiser University’s Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, Pre-Doctorate of Physical Therapy program is designed for students who plan to pursue graduate-level work in physical therapy. The degree offers general education courses, interdisciplinary concentrations, electives, and a capstone course focused on pre-requisites often required for entering a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. Upon completion of the program, students will have educational and hands-on experiences to expand employment opportunities and may apply to a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.*

As health care professionals with advanced training in anatomy and biomechanics, physical therapists develop custom care solutions to help each patient reduce painful symptoms and regain movement, mobility, and function, all while improving the patient’s overall quality of life.
